THE SHOOT !

A fantastic day , it started, early i went up in the car with our make up artist Victoria and met our photographer Annabelle there with my other half who was on hand for heavy lifting work !

The bright winter sunshine poured in through the windows of the studio and made the set and the props radiate a natural brilliant white, gorgeous against our collection. A perfect fresh backdrop for our clothing.

The model was amazing and brought every garment to life.

Loving the nude lips porcelain rose tinted cheeks and the shocking blue eye shadow thanks to Victoria as seen below….

Day 2 Setting up!

As the week unfolded it became more and more obvious that we needed to spend Saturday setting everything up!

So in the end it was a two day event…

We went to the studio early Saturday morning and spent all morning there untilo 1pm arranging the set.It was well worth the effort…

Day 3 The paper lanterns arrive…

I am delighted because our paper lanterns are here – special delivery and you know who you are so huge thank you for that!

They look fantastic…and when you see the end result you will understand!

Next on the list is painting my chinese paper umbrella white. I’ve used acrylic paint which is great as its easy to apply and covers most things but top of the list is it drys quickly so hardly any mess….

Day 4 SCREEN DESIGN

My first attempt at screen painting and possibly my last ! it was a good idea whilst it lasted and i know you were all keen to see what we have been up to….

After much discussion with our in-house make up guru ,Victoria, we have decided that the strong blue eye-shadow for our SS12 Collection is definately the way to go.

Take a look at the catwalk beauty edits in all the magazines now and fall in LOVE with the porcelain doll cheeks and ever-so pretty beauty looks coming through for this season.
